Semi-dry screed

Effortless conveying – up to 200 m away

Semi-dry screed is tough, contains little water and has to be pressed through long hoses. Brinkmann machines convey plug by plug – this keeps the grain and moisture distribution stable, prevents material segregation and avoids blockages. Whether gradients, height adjustment or insulation: Brinkmann machines create the best foundation.

EstrichBoy DC 260 or EC 260, ideal for:

  • Cement screed
  • Calcium sulphate screed (anhydrite)
  • Magnesia screed
  • Vibrating floor (depending on consistency)

Liquid screed

Must run to keep it clean

Perfect evenness in the shortest possible time – that’s what makes liquid screed so popular. But if you want it clean, you have to pay attention to the details: Water, air conditioning, ventilation. Calcium sulphate, for example, does not want too much moisture, otherwise it will crack. To prevent this from happening, the FHS 250 pumps liquid screed with a grain size of up to 12 mm to its destination accurately, without impact and with high pressure. With Worm pumps up to 2L8, 37 kW power, coarse grain filter and fine dosing.
